The IT Environment and Release Lead must actively collaborate with various teams within Technology Services to drive strategic initiatives and capitalise on interdependencies with projects. This is essential to guarantee the success of the business's technology transformation program and to deliver outstanding customer and end-user experiences.

**What Success Looks Like**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with the Business and Technical Teams to provide effective IT services and deliver IT Environment and Release management processes across the organisation with a strong focus on efficiency, reduction of operating costs and improvement of the customer experience.
- Accountability will cover the design, implementation, delivery and governance of process and tools to enable the required outcomes for IT Environment and Release management.
- Coordinate and manage the IT Environment and Release processes for Production, UAT, SIT and Training and other environments as necessary. Create an Environment Dashboard communication tool that describes all current environments.
- Conduct IT Environment and Release readiness reviews, milestone reviews, and business go/no-go reviews. Manage the release checklist process and maintain appropriate records to support auditing. Communicate release details and schedules to the PMO, Transition Management and the Business as required.
- Provide leadership and direction to implement ITIL good practice including continuous improvement initiatives to incrementally improve the overall maturity of the IT Environment and Release processes.

- Experience in building, implementing and managing IT Environment and Release Management processes.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver change and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise level technology platforms including CRM, ERP, HCM and Integration Platforms and Services.
- Advanced capability in building strong stakeholder relationships both internal and external at all levels to ensure smooth IT Environment and Release services and consistent service delivery performance.
- A commitment to positive social outcomes, supporting our staff to deliver the best outcomes for people with a disability.
