About the Opportunity

Servicestream Technical Division have a new opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to join our Mobile Team on a Permanent, Full-time basis.

Nature of position: Permanent Full-time

Location: Kingsgate - Qld & Collins Street - Vic

Reporting Line: Sr Program Manager - Build

Key Responsibilities

As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for Effectively managing, allocating and co-coordinating resources, systems and processes to successfully meet project deliverables within time, budget and to a high standard of quality.

Including:

- Effectively managing and developing staff to maximize their potential and ensuring all deadlines re: the completion of projects are met and communicated to all relevant staff.
- Oversee the building of base stations as part of large-scale deployment projects.
- Closely liaising with and reporting to clients, management and other stakeholders
- Budgeting and forecasting to required levels of accuracy
- Ensure that you fully understand the scope of work of any project or program that you have accountability for
- Ensure that you are able to articulate the Critical Path Items towards the delivery end milestone.
- Ensure that you are able to communicate the project goals and current status of work.
- Work closely with Delivery teams to ensure delivery as per client’s requirements
- This role will be accountable for ensuring that the project is delivered on time, budget and to the required quality, all in accordance with the clients policies, procedures and values
- Oversee the procurement and development of all suitably qualified resources necessary to meet the delivery objectives of the project.

About You

In addition to the above, we require an individual with:

- Degree qualifications in Engineering, Building or a Property related discipline
- Demonstrated major project experience in a similar role, leading a team, managing budgets, costs, consultants and clients
- Significant experience in managing Wireless telecommunication rollout projects end to end.
- Strong technical and project deployment rollout with specialisation on SAED.
- Commercial Acumen and problem solving skills
