Are you a friendly, professional, and motivated Receptionist looking for a welcoming and supportive workplace?

We are currently seeking an experienced **Receptionist** to join our administrative team on a temporary full-time basis until December 2025, with the possibility of extension.

This role is **Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm**, and plays a key part in supporting the daily operations of the organisation by delivering exceptional front-of-house service.

**In this role you will**:

- Managing incoming phone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
- Greeting and assisting internal and external stakeholders, visitors, and contractors
- Facilitating external visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures
- Coordinating and managing calendars, meetings, and events
- Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

**About you**:

- A current **Working With Children Check** (Paid Employee)
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- High-level organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- A proactive, respectful, and collaborative approach to working both independently and within a team
