**Receptionist/ Administrator**
**Summary**:
We are looking for a receptionist to be a long-term team member who will help us manage and grow our practice.
- Please note that flexible work hours/ job share will be considered (Minimum 2 days per week)._

**Essential criteria**:
- Sound knowledge of Medicare, NDIS, WorkCover/ SIRA & Wentwest/ PHN regulations, processes and payments
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Experience with a practice management software system - Halaxy is preferred
- Extremely high level of proficiency in English
- both verbal and written
- Empathetic, warm and professional manner
- Able to support clinical staff in a timely manner whenever requested
- Able to work autonomously
- Previous/ current studies in psychology, HR or marketing with relevant experience will be highly regarded
**Preferred**:
- Ability to speak Arabic will be highly regarded
- Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander,
- Culturally, linguistically and Religiously Diverse, and
- Neurodiverse individuals or those living with a disability
65-75K package (pro-rata)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
