**The Opportunity**
Goldwind Australia are seeking applicants to fill the key position of Asset Manager based out of their head office in Melbourne.
The Asset Manager is responsible for the management of assets to specific Goldwind Australia’s projects. This role purpose is to manage assigned projects to achieve post-project asset management objectives including Development and Asset Management Services and includes:
- Stakeholder management, including investors, landowners, community, regulators, and local council
- Act as owner’s point of contact for local project stakeholders
- Improve, increase or enhance asset generation output.
- Prepare and implement relevant project specific asset management plans for Goldwind’s operational projects within prescribed targets for cost, time and quality.
- Visibly lead and manage compliance with the quality, environment, health and safety requirements.
**The Person**
- We are looking for someone with genuine passion for renewable clean energy.
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering or business-related discipline; and Training in Contract Management or Project Management.
- Experience in asset management, wind industry, power generation industry, construction industry or wind farm assets management experience (preferred).
- Opportunity for travel regional and interstate to multiple wind farm locations.
