Looking for your next opportunity in Asset Management?
We are seeking experienced asset management practitioners to support upcoming projects in the Victorian health sector. These roles will focus on practical delivery – working directly with health organisations to uplift capability, provide training and coaching, and assist with developing improvement plans and related asset management documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct maturity assessments and gap analyses.
- Deliver awareness sessions and practitioner training.
- Support health organisations in developing improvement plans and asset management processes.
- Provide coaching and guidance to staff across different levels.
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to knowledge sharing.
About You
We are looking for professionals with:
- Experience in asset management practice (e.g., developing asset registers, AM plans, risk assessments, lifecycle planning, AMAF compliance).
- Experience in the health sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to work with both frontline staff and executives.
- Practical, hands-on approach – able to guide, support and embed change.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
- Located in Victoria with flexibility to travel across the state if needed.
What's on Offer
- $70–$100/hour + GST (depending on level of experience)
- Flexible contract and PAYG arrangements (part-time or full-time).
- Opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects in the health sector.
- Supportive team environment with experienced asset management leaders.
