**About the Company**

This company is one of the world's leading independent producers of renewable energy. They are known throughout the industry for the development, construction and operation of high quality renewable generation assets. Having a large portfolio of works with a focus on wind, solar PV and BESS projects this developer are looking to build a best in class team to support this large influx of work.

**About the Role**

Your role is to manage the operation and profitability of multiple renewable energy assets. You will be responsible for strategic, risk and compliance management, as well as identifying and recommending asset optimization strategies to enhance the performance of the assigned assets.

**Skills & Experience**
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in the Engineering field
- Additional Business/Project management qualification a plus
- Proven skills and experience in the supervision and co-ordination of O&M activities associated with energy generation
- Working knowledge and understanding of renewable energy plants and associated electrical equipment / HV infrastructure
- High level troubleshooting and problem solving skills and the ability to be technically innovative
- Contract management experience
- Demonstrated up-to-date working knowledge of Workplace Health, Safety & Environment requirements
- Excellent communication and liaison skills
- Effective leadership and supervision skills
