Multiple roles/shifts available across all contact centre departments
Between 6am - 9.30pm Monday - Sunday.

We are looking for people who are genuinely passionate about the customer experience - we can teach the skill set; all you need to bring is the “can do attitude” and a desire to learn.

Day to Day
- Effectively manage a high volume of both inbound/outbound calls.
- Resolve, manage and escalate incidents logged by our customers.
- Reporting to all Managers as required on all incidents and ensuring the correct processes are followed.
- Ensure a swift and efficient service whilst adhering to agreed service levels and KPI's.
- Provide exceptional service at every opportunity by building relationships and rapport with your customer, both internal and external.
- Undertake and complete all relevant admin duties efficiently

**About you**:

- Previous experience working in a contact centre, customer service, admin, retail or hospitality environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be highly customer-centric with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Be able to attend 2 weeks paid training onsite
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID
