Join a team of passionate problem solvers as a Campus Recruiter within a highly regarded Financial Services Firm. With a global presence, this role is based in their Sydney office and will lead the end-to-end Graduate recruitment process across Australia, New Zealand & Singapore.

**About the Role**:
You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:

- Lead the full graduate recruitment lifecycle.
- Coordinating a range of different graduate events; this could be careers evening or graduate recruitment events with partnering universities.
- Ensuring that the Applicant Tracking System is maintained and up to date at each stage of the recruitment process.
- Working collaboratively with the graduate recruitment team on any strategic projects.
- Working with Marketing across University partnerships & Campus branding collateral.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will bring:

- At least 3 years recruitment experience, having previously held a graduate recruitment role
- Experience within a financial services/professional services is essential
- Qualified with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Manager or business-related discipline.
- Prior experience working with an Applicant Tracking System is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and articulate.
