We're growing faster than ever and are on the lookout for a Campus Recruiter to join our award-winning global Campus Recruiting team. Reporting into the Campus Recruitment Manager you will be busy with lots of opportunities to prove your worth within a collaborative and lively environment.

You'll look after all parts of the recruiting lifecycle, including running on-campus events, building applicant pipelines, branding Atlassian as an employer of choice and guiding interviewer debrief sessions. You will learn the intricacies of each department - predominantly Engineering, Design and Product Management and then be able to promote these opportunities on campus. At Atlassian, you'll have the freedom to develop new projects and roll out new programs internally. You will excel if you're someone who wants to push the boundaries on how campus recruiting is done.

**On your first day, we'll expect you to**:

- Work with high calibre students with multiple offers from competitors
- Be good at the details and show us your ability to plan for multiple priorities

**It's great, but not required, if you have**:

- A background in high-volume campus recruitment
- Previously attended and worked with technical student societies/hackathons and Universities in Australia and New Zealand
- Familiarity with our relevant tools and programs (e.g Lever and university job boards)
- Been involved in full-cycle technical recruiting
