**About the Role**

We are in an exciting phase of growth and this is a great opportunity for an experienced **Recruitment Specialist** to join us and help us build our team

Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, this role will work closely with various teams across the organisation to manage the end to end recruitment process, from requirement gathering to onboarding.

You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that we continue to attract and recruit top talent that will help us achieve our organisational goals.

This is a** 6-month fixed-term position,**based in our Sydney campus

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** End-to-End Recruitment Management**: Oversee the recruitment process, including creating and maintaining position descriptions, posting job ads, obtaining offer approvals, and issuing employment agreements.
- ** Reporting**: Produce weekly tracking reports for recruitment activities.

**Education, Experience, and Skills**:

- Qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Experience in the education sector is highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of Australian employment laws and recruitment best practices.

Experience using recruitment software (Martian Logic or similar) and HRIS systems (ELMO or similar)Ability to work with stakeholders across different levelAbility to work on multiple prioritise and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MSOffice365
