**Temporary Bookkeeper / Admin All-Rounder - 6-8 Week Contract**
Location: Onsite - Richmond, VIC
Hours: 3-4 Days/Week
Status: Contract Role
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and reliable Bookkeeper and Admin All-Rounder to provide cover for 6-8 weeks. If you’re detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable jumping into payroll, bookkeeping, and general admin tasks using Xero and Deputy, we’d love to hear from you.
**About the Role**
This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in keeping our financial and office admin in check. You’ll be working closely with our leadership team and providing support across:
- Day-to-day bookkeeping tasks
- Processing payroll using Deputy and Xero
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Bank reconciliations and reporting
- General admin support, and assisting the wider team with ad hoc tasks
**We’re looking for someone to work 3-4 days per week for approximately 6-8 weeks. There is also potential for this role to extend.**
**Who We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and general office admin
- Confidence using Xero, Deputy and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support a small, busy team
