Immediate start, temp to perm opportunity
- Based in Richmond, stones throw from public transport
- Work 20 hrs per week

An historic and established membership organisation based close to the CBD in Richmond. You would never know this building is situated in the heart of a residential area, the grounds and building itself are stunning.

Boasting an ever growing list of members, this organisation is growing and going from strength to strength. They are looking for their next long term team member.

The role:

- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Credit card reconciliations
- Payroll for a small team
- Membership administration
- BAS prep
- Cashflow reporting

This role has become available due to the retirement of the current long standing Bookkeeper. You will ideally be available to commence working at the beginning of December and work through December and January as a temp
- if all goes well from both sides, there is a view to permanency.

20 hrs per week, based in the office 2 days and the rest of the hours can be worked from home when training is completed.

You enjoy being part of a small team who have a large impact on their community. The organisation has a 'club' feel and making members welcome and comfortable is a huge priority to all. If you have working experience as a Bookkeeper, particularly with Xero experience
