Warehouse Coordinator

We're looking for a Full Time Warehouse Coordinator with a can-do attitude, who loves to help others, someone who can deal with challenging situations, and is comfortable working in a small team which also includes our dog Kenji (Shiba Inu), as well as someone who first and foremost has a strong passion for our brand and our customers.

The role would be best filled by an enthusiastic and hardworking individual with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, working alongside and reporting to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager and the director. This role requires you to work as part of a small team managing stock and performing logistics operations.

- I have at least 3+ years experience in a warehouse managerial/coordinator or similar role in a small to midsize warehouse

- I am prepared to perform physical duties such as unloading containers and boxes

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- High level planning and organisational skills
- Coordinate the online Warehouse teams day to day operations & schedules
- Ensure the warehouse team is ahead of deadlines, following processes, and thriving
- Perform, whilst also ensuring smooth running of daily operations; pick packing, dispatching orders, processing returns, processing goods in, and stocktake & up keeping
- Troubleshooting (issues, bottlenecks, & technical errors with solutions).
- Provide leadership to the team, setting a high standard, and inspiring to achieve KPI's
- Maintain a professional, hard-working, positive team culture, with supportive communication and constructive feedback
- Be the sole point of contact between, warehouse and the HQ and external partners; carriers, and software support teams
- Perform weekly meetings with the warehouse team
- Report to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager daily such as progress, staff performance and achievements
- Some manual lifting, climbing of ladders, operating the scissor lift
- Monday - Friday: 8.30am-5pm
