**The Opportunity**:

We have a position available for a
**Business Development Lead** to join our team to help support the strategic growth goals of
**Encara **within the Residentail Aged Care sector.

Reporting to Encara's General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a business strategy including targets for new clients, initiatives to attract and convert clients, developing partnerships to promote our services as well as assisting to manage existing client relationships.

Success will require resilience, tenacity, passion and positivity. This role will enable you to fully utilise your planning, marketing, relationship building and customer service skills on a daily basis.

**To be considered for this role, you will have;-**
- Experience in the aged care sector;
- Excellent communication skills: Phone and written;
- Client focused with a caring and positive approach to client communications and rejection;
- Experience and training in sales, negotiation and bringing deals to a successful outcome;
- Networking experience and success;
- Persuasion;
- An adaptable and flexible nature to respond quickly to changing priorities;
- Experience using a CRM system - Encara uses Salesforce; and
- MS Office.
