**About the Company**:
Our Property Developer client delivers world class projects across residential homes, mixed used precincts, retail and hospitality. They focus on curated lifestyle and innovative architecture and design.

**About the Role**:
Reporting into the EA to the CEO, you will be the face of the head office. You will manage the national offices systems, procedures, maintenance and any other requests supporting the wider team.

You will need to ensure a consistence standard of service, presentation and environment is maintained.

Some duties will include:

- Provide admin support to the wider team
- Assist the P&C team, IT team and Finance team
- Maintain the stock supplies for the office
- Manage the meeting rooms and liaising with meeting guests to ensure their requests are met
- Ensure all phone calls are answered, returned and directed to the correct team member

**About you**:

- Experience as an office coordinator or team administrator
- Professional and corporate presentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills
