Fixed Term Contract opportunity for a PMO/EPMO Coordinator.
- Healthcare industry.
- Immediate start.

Looking for a strong PMO/EPMO Coordinator to join my client within the healthcare space.

The role:

- Develop a deep understanding of the corporate strategy and the full program of work and strategic roadmap.
- Accountable for the EPMO reporting process, including data integrity, communications, report/ dashboard generation and assistance with distribution.
- Maintain and enhance existing project, program and portfolio reporting relating to the Board + EPMO Steering Committee.
- Provide EPMO meeting management and logistics support. Managing the schedule of meetings, attending meetings as required, producing agenda’s, taking minutes, and following up on EPMO action items.

You would be great for this role if you have experience with:

- Ensure daily, weekly, monthly, annual tasks, ad hoc tasks are completed in-line with Planview administrator responsibilities.
- Support EPMO team with training/on-boarding new PM’s with Planview, where applicable.
- Manage the product backlog to enhance the Planview platform.
- Evaluate and preview Planview features prior to implementation.
- Manage and Maintain the EPMO Inbox.
- Maintain data integrity across the portfolio in Planview.
