Key Role: EPMO Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) in a high-performing environment. As the EPMO Leader, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and best practices across governance and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement best practices across the governance and reporting framework, aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with executives and board-level stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and ensure governance and reporting meet expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline governance across current project portfolios.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives within the EPMO.
  • Lead the development and implementation of EPMO portfolio reporting, including communication to senior stakeholders.
  • Embed and promote the adoption of a Project Management Framework across the organization.
  • Supervise and mentor the EPMO Analyst team.

Requirements:

For this role, we require:

  • Proven experience working within an Enterprise PMO.
  • Strong understanding of Portfolio, Program, and Project methodology and delivery.
  • Experience working in regulated environments.
  • Process improvement expertise within an EPMO.
  • Strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with C-Suite and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Relevant certifications in Project Management.
