**Role Overview**:
This role is responsible for leading the continuous improvement and uplift of best practices across Governance & Reporting within an established Enterprise PMO. This role is responsible for driving portfolio, program and project governance throughout the whole business. This is a unique and rare opportunity to join a growing EPMO and work as a 2ic to a highly regarded leader.
- Implementing best practices across the governance and reporting framework which aligns with the strategic objectives
- Working with Execs and Board level stakeholders, identifying if governance and reporting is hitting the mark and areas for improvement
- Looking at opportunities to streamline governance across the current portfolio of projects
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- EPMO portfolio reporting - through to board, governance forums and senior stakeholders
- Project Management Framework embedment and adoption across the group
- Lead the EPMO Analyst team

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience within an Enterprise PMO - must have
- An understanding of Portfolio, Program and Project methodology and delivery - understanding the complexities and nuances with technology and regulatory drive initiatives
- Experience working in regulated environment
- Process Improvement experience within an EPMO
- Strategic thinker
- Proven high quality, articulate stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to liaise with C Suite and Executive stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving capability
- PM Certifications
