- Effectively utilise our CRM software to manage the sales pipeline, including documenting, tracking, and following up on all active opportunities.
- Develop, present and maintain an active Territory Plan, which is execution focused.
- Work with Marketing to ensure that our messaging in the market and the supporting campaigns are driving the required engagement.
- Support the coordination of complex bid processes, interacting effectively with both internal and external executive stakeholders.
- Keep up to date on the Griddle product and participate in regular training & informational sessions.
- Support and attend local and national marketing events.
- Collaborate with the Onboarding and Training Team to bring new Customers onto the Griddle Platform efficiently.
- Ad hoc tasks as requested by your manager.

**Requirements**:
**This is what you'll bring...**
- Extensive experience and proven track record of selling complex SaaS solutions, within a scaling team (5+ years).
- Proven ability engaging with senior finance executives.
- A background working in Timetabling or Daily Organisation will be highly regarded.
- A true passion for putting customers first and delivering a consultative approach to sales.
- The ability to build relationships and rapport quickly and effectively across a wide range of stakeholder and personalities.
- The ability to work autonomously but also work well within a team environment.
- Experience leading and aligning virtual teams.
- Proven ability working with multiple stakeholders, understanding pain points and creating value which drives measurable benefits.

**Benefits**
