Sydney Western Suburbs, Australia Dynamic Staffing Solutions Full time

Monday to Friday 7am - 3.30pm + overtime
- $60k-$70k + super (depending on experience)

**About Us**

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- General office duties including admin support to Supervisor & Operations Manager
- Build rapport and liaise with drivers, customers, account manager
- Follow up on orders with Production Managers
- Ensuring paper and electronic filing is up to date daily
- Assist with pick up orders & packing orders
- Organise servicing of trucks
- 80% office based, 20% coordinating production floor

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Previous supervision of a factory, warehouse, or despatch
- Sound understanding of Chain of Responsibility/Duty of Care
- Glass industry experience desired but not essential
- Physically fit with ability to handle, load, unload, organise and coordinate
- A positive work ethic and a can-do approach
