AutoNexus Erskine Park are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join their team.

AutoNexus is an automotive solutions management company developed in Australia by Inchcape and has been delivering large scale and efficient services across the value chain to brand partners for over 20 years

**Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Closing and reconciling the billing and invoicing of service orders for work carried out at ANX for the Trivett Group
- Ensure compliance in registering Vehicles with NSW RMS
- Roster admin staff for coverage between 7.00am and 5.00pm weekdays.
- Run daily and weekly reports including vehicle despatch, vendor payments, ZANs and updating fuel price
- Manage relationship with sub-contractors, answer any queries as required
- Reconciliation of creditors of invoices/statements
- Managing/reconciliation of petty cash and Westpac cards
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Maintain the OHS noticeboard and ensure it is updated with current information

**About you**:

- Experience leading and developing a high performing team
- A full NSW Drivers Licence
- An automotive, retail network, supply chain experience valued (desirable but not required)
- An exposure to Payroll practices and timesheets (desirable but not required)
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Extensive administration experience
- Strong customer focus
- SAP Experience (desirable but not required)
