**The role**:
We are currently seeking a Track Access Desk Supervisor to provide supervision and management of the TAD functions. The role be responsible for ensuring the TAD provides sufficient 24/7 support to the business and to provide accurate reporting and analysis for the TAD functions.
**Duties Include**:
- Lead and manage the Track Access Desk Officers.-
- Develop, manage, and review rosters to ensure the TAD function is covered 24/7.-
- Ensure all rosters are entered into RosterOn weekly.-
- Prepare Track Protection Diagrams for ARMS requests for Track Force Protection for review and approval by the Safeworking Protection Manager.-
- Undertake Track Access Desk duties during peak periods.-
- Ensure MTM fatigue management procedures can be implemented for the TAD.-
- Escalate any issues or incidents reported to the Track Access Desk to the Track Safety Manager.-
- Gather information on track protection practices, TAD call volumes and analyse to determine trends, solutions and make recommendations.-
- Maintain Safeworking equipment supplies and ensure registers are kept up to date.**Ideal Skills and Experience**:
- Track Force Protection Coordinator 3.2 or above.-
- Knowledge of the 1994 Book of Rules & Operating Procedures (Revision 7).-
- Sound knowledge of Safeworking operations, practices and procedures undertaken across the Network.-
- Extensive knowledge of MTM Rail Network.-
- Substantial experience providing service across multiple business areas in a large organisation.-
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volume of critical communications.-
