**Position Summary**:
**Melbourne Marriott Hotel Docklands**are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and creative Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our established and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Team

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main duties as a Food & Beverage Supervisor will include:

- Supervise the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations.
- Fuel guest’s curiosity and inspire brilliance throughout the complete food and beverage experience.
- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience.
- Assist with the bar operational tasks if required.
- Be a dynamic and thoughtful supervisor y empowering and supporting your team.
- Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times.
- Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings.
- Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel valued for their contributions.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- An up to date Victorian RSA.
- Relevant experience in a supervisory role.
- Full Working rights in Australia.
- The desire to escalate your career.
- Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment.
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
- Availability to work a rotating schedule between Monday - Sunday.
