Our Group Office has a vacancy for a **Sustainability Specialist**. Located within our Sustainability Team, the primary purpose of this fixed-term role is to implement our Sustainability Framework and updated ESG reporting requirements, and provide specialist compliance advise to our operations, acquisitions, and support offices.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced sustainability practitioner to work in an international context and guide compliance with regulations and revised reporting requirements.

Specific duties include:

- Lead the implementation of our revised Sustainability Reporting Suite, including compliance to the recently released IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standard
- Undertake regular reviews and analysis of ESG data from across the business
- Provision of general advice and support to manage and improve our ESG Standards, Regional Action Plans and Site Reporting Requirements

This position is located at our Group Office in Southbank, Melbourne, however we are also open to a remote work arrangement from Brisbane, Queensland.

This fixed term position is scheduled to start in May or June, with a scheduled end date of December 2025, equating to an engagement period between six (6) to eight (8) months.
