About this team
The Retail Operations team is comprised of people that know a little bit about everything and a lot about most things within lululemon. We touch all aspects of the store operations, including making sure stores are seeing positive results that meet and exceed company goals. In partnership with other store and SSC leaders, Retail Operations works on new initiatives that elevate and support the demands of running a store. Simply put, Retail Operations is responsible for making the complex simple and getting sh*t done.

**A day in the life**:

- Support the development, implementation and monitoring of AU/NZ sustainability programs, focusing on reducing our operational footprint in areas such as carbon and waste - i.e. DC zero waste project
- Support the transition to a new reporting portal, ensuring internal alignment and implementing new processes where necessary
- Set up appropriate data collection to support the criteria as released by APCO
- Complete our annual report as mandated by APCO, in partnership with the Communications & Sustainability Lead
- Partner with external consultants and Communications & Sustainability Lead on various sustainability projects for stores, SSC, and DC to achieve identified KPIs
- Create, track, evaluate and report on the performance metrics of programs and initiatives
- Co-develop engagement/awareness activations and execute as required
- Draft clear communication for sustainability project work to keep our people informed
- Maintain relationships with external suppliers and assist in contract negotiations where appropriate
- Support the development of training materials/guides as necessary

**Qualifications**:

- Passionate about sustainability and inspiring change within our organisation
- Experience in sustainability/corporate social responsibility and/or background in a related field
- Strong verbal, written and facilitation skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a timely manner
- Experience in leading cross-functionally and internationally is preferred
