**The role**

Reporting to the EGM Strategic Development & Investor Relations, this role will play an important part in the continued development and implementation of the ESG strategy, as well as leading ESG projects and managing reporting for the group. The initial focus will include greenhouse gas and climate risk evaluation, along with addressing future social and community goals.

You will work on a wide range of projects, from energy emissions and procurement, fleet strategy, supply chain, to the development of future circular economy initiatives.

**About you**

With a passion for sustainability, you thrive on engagement and can influence, manage, and present to diverse internal and external stakeholders, including at the executive and board levels.

Ideally you will have:

- Degree qualified in relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Sustainability, Environment, etc.)
- Experience in an ESG data or sustainability role, preferably with Excel and data visualisation skills
- Ability to guide and assist internal stakeholders on reporting processes and strategic ESG objectives
- Advanced skills in presentation / marketing to communicate ESG to internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral), to persuade and influence others effectively
