A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, as the Program Scheduler, reporting to the Integrated Planning Deployment Manager.

This role forms part of the Fixed Wireless and Satellite Build team under the Regional Development and Engagement (RDE) business unit within nbn. RDE is accountable for building the digital capability and digital economy of regional and remote customers. The Fixed Wireless and Satellite Build team is accountable for ensuring that nbn delivers network for its fixed wireless and satellite customers to meet new footprint growth, capacity upgrades and network

expansion.

A bit about your role

As the Program Scheduler, you are essential in the ongoing management and delivery of the Fixed Wireless and Satellite projects including initiating, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure phases.

You will be responsible for managing the schedule at scale to support the volume delivery of Fixed Wireless projects from design through to network acceptance or ready to connect.

This role will require you to manage an integrated program schedule incorporating planned future work with the active program of work. The integrated schedule will require skills that merge planning logic and metrics with delivery partner forecasting.

As the Program Scheduler, you will be required to engage with stakeholders and delivery partners to resolve data or scheduling logic issues, seek schedule inputs or communicate schedule changes. A critical focus will be to implement schedule variation requirements in accordance with the scheduling framework and changing planning outcomes.

A bit about you

You have excellent communication skills, exceptional at managing stakeholders both internal and external, and good data analysis skills working on multiple large complex datasets. Additionally, you will have the ability to navigate various tools including Excel, Word, MSPE, Primavera, MS Project, and data analysis tools.

Degree Qualification in Finance, Commerce, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related disciplines would be valuable.
