The New Role
- To provide support to members in their day-to-day interactions with the business, coordinating activity and responses from across the business including member services & underwriting.
- To provide other administrative assistance to the manager in the team.
- To provide office support to the team vital for the smooth-running of the business.
What you will need to succeed
- Previous Admin experience is essential Customer Service skills/ experience
- Can work independently/ autonomously Strong Microsoft office, Outlook, and Microsoft teams skills
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task and work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
