**What you’ll be doing**
- Create an ongoing communication plan, underpinned by a content calendar, which can be socialised and used as a guide for all marketing team members.
- Produce the employee newsletter and news stories on intranet, and create other stories relevant to our employees and customers
- Partner with internal business areas to prepare and distribute targeted internal communications.
- Provide guidance and oversight of the creation of an updated ECH Intranet and champion the intranet internally.
- Manage our relationship with our PR agency day-to-day in relation to opportunities for our CEO to contribute to valuable conversations in the public domain
- Communicate effectively and with meaning to our community in relation to identified days of recognition throughout the year
- Ensure all internal communication channels are appropriate and accessible.

**You will need**
- COVID-19 vaccination (including booster if eligible)

**It’d also be helpful if you had**:

- Current police check
- Experience and/or knowledge of Home Care Packages

ECH is a not-for-profit organisation in the Health Care Sector. This means that you can salary package up to $18,549 per annum to reduce your tax. We also offer a range of perks through our Employee Benefits Program (eg. discounted gym memberships).
