From developing marketing campaigns and direct mailouts to crafting web content that meets government standards, your work will help shape how our department connects with the public.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Strong communication skills – Proven ability to write in plain English, translate complex topics for public understanding, and deliver high-quality content across web and print platforms.
• Stakeholder engagement – Demonstrated experience building and maintaining effective relationships with diverse stakeholders, including technical specialists.
• Project and time management – Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise competing demands, and meet tight deadlines independently.
• Digital expertise – Sound knowledge of online communication, web accessibility standards, content management systems, and experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics.

Qualifications:

Desirable: Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing, web or related field, or equivalent experience.

Remuneration:

ASO5 salary range $85,790 - $95,413 per annum + superannuation

Full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week

Special Conditions:

• Out of hours work may be required.
• Intra state and interstate travel may be required.
