Iota also commercialises game changing digital and circular economy technologies.
**The role**:
Reporting to Iota's Customer Director, this new part-time (0.8 FTE) Communication Manager role will lead the management of all communication services for the Iota Business, supporting a range of innovative projects and services across the portfolio, that align with the brand’s overall marketing and content strategy.
Results focused and driven by the creation of their own strategy, plans and performance measurements, The Communications Manager will be responsible for all public relations, written content, information output and media releases and requests, while implementing the plan around social media, advertising, and marketing efforts of the plan. The role demands a combination of strategic planning, technical acumen, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, partners, South East Water teams and industry bodies.
Other key accountabilities of this exciting new role will include;
- Communication strategy and plans
- Content creation and channel management
- Brand public relations and promotional content
- Performance results and analysis
- Stakeholder management - both internal and external
**Who are you?**:
- Strong understanding of industrial process, technologies and market dynamics with experience in content creation, including writing, editing and multi-media production.
- Proven experience in delivering creative multi-channel communications campaigns with a product/service focus.
- Ability to translate data rich research findings into easy-to-understand insights.
- Experience in copywriting -product / service focused in a technically complex and commercial business.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of general technical terminology with proven experience in providing advice and support to commercial businesses.
