You have a background in administration or project coordination and are a born organiser. You don’t shy away from a challenge and are always problem solving. You don’t need to be supervised but are looking for a mentor to work along side with. You are quick to learn, have a good understanding of our operations and appreciate the important work we do.

**Your new role**:
You will take accountability for coordinating the management of Park Development activities and the Management team by assisting in plans and initiatives to meet or exceed project milestones. Reporting to the Manager, Park Development & Operations, you will work across the whole team to support the delivery of key capital works projects. This will include scheduling, reporting, responding to incoming inquiries and being the point of contact for the Park Management team. Your role will include administration tasks, report collation and document management. No two days will be the same and you will need to take an agile approach to all activities.

The essential Skills and Qualifications you need:

- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritise issues
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Teams, etc)
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- Attention to detail and excellent time management
- Must have own car and drivers’ licence and be willing to travel

**A bit about the team**:
The Park Development team work closely with the Park teams in our 15 Memorial Parks located in NSW and QLD to deliver capital works and building initiatives. They have an exciting program of work planned in the next 12-18 months supporting the transition of our parks into destinations integrated into the communities they serve. They are a multi-disciplinary and highly cohesive team with a strong purpose.
