WHAT YOU WILL LEAD & GROW
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative, in Sydney, to join this healthcare business specialising in fertility. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with clinics and healthcare providers. You will work closely with the marketing and medical teams to provide a comprehensive solution to healthcare providers and their patients.
- You will identify and establish relationships with GP’s and specialist doctors in hospitals and private rooms, who specialise in fertility, primarily gynaecologists, with some contact with endocrinologists, to influence them to refer their patients looking to undergo IVF.
- You will develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and conduct on-site visits to healthcare providers (GP clinics, hospitals & private specialist doctor rooms), to present and educate on products and services for women needing to consider the IVF journey.
- You will collaborate with marketing and medical teams to develop and implement educational programs and materials and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and opportunities.
- You will continuously monitor the fertility market to identify new trends, market opportunities and competitive threats.

WHAT QUALS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS YOU WILL NEED TO GET THE JOB
- Preferably a university degree in Science, Nursing or related field.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare sales, eg. GP or hospital specialist sales in pharma or medical devices or other healthcare sales - radiology or pathology ideally.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
