Key Account Manager

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a global organisation that values innovation, sustainability, and excellence. You will be working closely with the Managing Director and other leaders to shape the future of Geberit in Australia.
**MAIN TASKS**:
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with our partner, GWA, to ensure the strategic partnership remains strong and contributes to the long term growth and success of Geberit.
- Leverage the strategic partnership with OEM partners to grow awareness and usage of concealed cisterns in the Australian market.
- Identify and lead the product development and product optimisation projects to support the growth of GWA, NZ and the other OEM accounts which you manage. Acquire a thorough understanding of the customer and market needs to support in portfolio management.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining the growth plan with GWA, NZ and the other OEM accounts which you manage.
- Analyse and review account performances and make appropriate recommendations to support the continued growth of the partnership, as well as revenue growth for Geberit. Implement price reviews and maintain target margin.
- Reporting input for monthly business reviews (MBR), quarterly business reviews (QBR), preparation for any alignment meetings with Geberit Group, Geberit Shanghai. Sales performance forecasting input required monthly.
- You will act as the main interface between the key customers and all relevant supporting divisions within Geberit. You will also lead projects, in collaboration with the internal Geberit support teams to maintain KPIs and deliver value added solutions.
**PROFILE**:
- 3-5 years' experience in an account management role desired, but not essential.
- Previous experience with a CRM system desired but not essential.
- Previous experience with reporting and forecasting within a sales environment.
- Demonstrated experience in data analytics and project management
