**What do we need you to do?**

You’ll be responsible for enhancing our clients unique physical, psychological, social and spiritual wellbeing through meaningful lifestyle and wellbeing programs. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Facilitate plan and deliver quality, timely and effective high-quality gardening/horticultural programs and activities in collaboration with care team that reflects the unique needs of each client. Support positive health and wellbeing outcomes in clients, which include:

- Create opportunities for meaningful activity, creativity self-expression and sensory stimulation
- Support clients with maintaining past interests and hobbies
- Encourage socialisation and positive group interaction
- Review the appropriateness of the lifestyle programs and make effective use of our electronic management systems.

**What do we need you to bring?**
- Ideally, we’re looking for someone with a good insight into the health, social or age care industries with an expert understanding of what creates a meaningful engagement for clients.
- Know-how of contemporary lifestyle assessment and program planning processes
- Degree qualified (tertiary qualification in Diversional Therapy, social sciences or a related field). (preferred) qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. Cert II (or higher) in Horticulture, Cert IV in Leisure and Health), and/or equivalent experience in gardening or horticulture
