**About the role**:
Receptionist/Property Officer needed in a Real Estate office within a boutique agency of two offices in the Inner west of Sydney, with potential to further develop a career in Real Estate.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with an overall knowledge of social media and advertising techniques with interest in an real estate position to join our boutique agency as a full-time person and managing rentals and rental advertising.
As the role of a receptionist/property officer you will be responsible for property advertising on social media and to maintain our web pages for both office brands be the voice of the office, you will be expected to exercise a high degree of professionalism, customer service and support for both customers and staff.
**Some of your key responsibilities will include (and are not limited to)**:
- Creating templates with preferred platforms
- Some Data entry
- Creating Live Video of opens and Auctions
- Responding to Sales and Property management advertising
- Providing reports and data base mail outs
- Able to update and maintain all social platforms
- Assisting with deadlines and web uploads for properties
- Uploading and updating properties online
- Updating and printing rental and sales lists
- Maintain presentation of brand
- Ad hoc admin duties, tasks, and new projects
- assist property managers with daily work schedules
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Sound knowledge of marketing processes, google, facebook, Instagram twitter and linkd in.
- Exceptional work ethic and reliability
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients, customers, and co-workers
- Initiative and ability to work independently and in a team
- A genuine interest in real estate sector and the desire to progress within in the industry if desired
- Ability to prioritise workload and requests
- Well-developed problem solving and customer service skills
- Be reliable and diligent
- Certificate of Registration ideal but not necessary

**Salary**: $21.00 - $50.00 per hour
