**About the Role**:
A New opportunity is available at our Brand-New MacGregor Volkswagen dealership opening in April 2024 for an experienced professional Reception / Registration Clerk. We are looking for a confident and well organised individual with the ability to demonstrate exceptional communication and time management skills.

**What will you be doing**
- Reception work including answering a busy phone system
- Processing of vehicle registrations in line with our monthly targets
- Organising of registration plates and CTP insurance
- Working with the sales team to ensure all documentation is provided
- General accounts, sales and administrative duties as required
- Perform ad hoc administrative duties when required

**About You**
- Minimum 2 years' administrative experience in a vehicle dealership
- Competency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent presentation, communication, and time management skills
- Motor vehicle license and own transport
- Ability to work overtime on the last day of each month
