**Responsibilities**:

- Assist supervisors in overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate and communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure adherence to project plans.
- Support the implementation of construction schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Assist in managing and resolving any on-site conflicts or challenges that may arise.
- Collaborate with supervisors to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
- Provide regular progress reports to Site managers and supervisors.
- Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma in construction management or trade background
- Previous experience in the construction industry, ideally in a supervisory or assistant role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Punctual and reliable
