Reporting to the Concierge Supervisor, the primary objective of this key role is to provide professional and courteous Concierge and Reception services to our residents and visitors of Montefiore. The role also requires supporting our visitor and staff check-in processes.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to make every person feel like a VIP
- Front desk experience
- Immaculate presentation
