Are you a driven People & Culture professional looking for your next challenge in a collaborative and values-led business?

We’re seeking a **People & Culture Advisor** to support our teams and leaders across a broad spectrum of people matters. You’ll play a vital role in enhancing employee experience, guiding leaders through people processes, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Partnering with managers and employees to provide advice on people matters, policies, awards, and legislative requirements
- Supporting cultural initiatives, engagement programs, and our PACE wellbeing framework
- Coordinating employee lifecycle processes including workforce planning, onboarding, reviews, variations, and offboarding
- Driving internal engagement events and supporting employee recognition, training, and development

**What you’ll bring**:

- Minimum four years’ experience in a similar HR or People & Culture role
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources Management
- Strong knowledge of Fair Work legislation, award interpretation, and performance frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
