As our Energy and Utility Business Unit continues to grow, we have a need for an experienced People and Culture Advisor on a Maximum Term contract based in our office at Qantas Drive, Brisbane.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Bachelor level and/or Diploma level qualification in human resources desirable
- Provide frontline guidance and advice to employees and responsible managers regarding all human resources related matters in line with The Downer Standard and other legislative obligations
- Responsible for providing advice and support on IR matters
- Facilitate and conduct workplace training on HR Initiatives and updates
- Participate and contribute to HR response for Tenders
- Coordinate annual HR processes including PDP and Development review process, remuneration reviews
- Support with EA processes as directed
- Support operational management with the implementation, interpretation of EA/industrial instruments
- Actively contribute to respective business HR people plans and P&C strategy, projects and initiatives
- Support in the facilitation and action for strategic initiatives such as talent management, succession planning, diversity and inclusion and others
- Liaise with Managers regarding staffing requirements and provide support required
- Facilitate audits and review of HR data to ensure the accuracy of system records
- Ensure accuracy and currency of organisational charts
- Participate in HR Advisory and Generalist HR process improvement projects including project Optimus and working groups for the Downer Standard (TDS).
