A rare opportunity has become available within our Melbourne Commercial Team, as a **Manager, Commercial Services Support**

The position is responsible for leading the Tenders, Sales & Analytical functions for DSV Air & Sea Australia. Managing & supporting a team, this position will identify & drive business KPIs in order to meet DSV Commercial requirements.

The Manager, Commercial Service & Support will oversee the sales support, tender and business analytics for the business - to set strategy and business improvements and service offerings. Whilst supporting the implementation process for new business with strategic suppliers, this role will work with overseas networks to ensure strategic partners are being utilized, with the best outcome for the customer and company.

**Job tasks & responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- Ensure team maintains pricing and updates records in the company’s computer databases according to company procedures
- Ensure the team are submitting Global RFQ’s within the time frame required
- Oversee Customer data analysis & consolidation of reports
- Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets
- Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis

**Skills & experience**:

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in International Freight Forwarding for both air and ocean
- Experience in CW1, solutions and large, complex organizations
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
- A strong understanding of customers supplies chain requirements and market dynamics
