Summary

We’re looking for a Commercial Support Coordinator to be based in Melbourne, Australia (or surrounds). This full time role is to support the Commercial aspects of the WFS-Aviation business in Australia - including the commercial, supply and operational teams. We would also consider a part time resource (minimum 3 days).

**Job Description**:

- Provide regular and adhoc reporting to customers as required
- Provide Supply and Logistics administration support to Supply Manager
- Manage card ordering and maintain customer card database with third parties
- Support and process manual invoices and sales transactions
- Manage Bank account reconciliations of credit card payments and allocations
- Maintain and manage vendor setup and invoice payments
- Support other administration duties required by the team for projects and new business

Experience and behaviours
- Diploma or Degree in business or relevant support/administration field with an interest in fuel logistics or aviation industry.
- Understanding of efficient administration and customer support
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Team player, keen to learn
