**About the Role**:
City Beach currently has an incredible opportunity for an experienced Fashion Buyer to join our Women's Buying Team and deliver on-trend vertical and branded products to our 60+ stores.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Sourcing products from local and international suppliers
- Forging strong relationships with suppliers through travel and regular contact
- Use your knowledge of current fashion trends and work with the Product Development Team on new products
- Analysis of your products to gauge performance and guide future decision making
- Monitor department and store comparisons
- Checking purchase orders and order confirmations
- Monitor cancellations and changes to delivery date
- Mentor and develop Assistant Buyers into future leaders of the business

**What we’re looking for?**
- Demonstrated experience working in retail fashion buying
- Strong analytical skills
- Working knowledge of current and current trends
- High level of Microsoft suite skills including Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field is preferred

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
