**About the role**:
Support the development and implementation of Dairy Australia’s community marketing campaigns and influencer public relations strategy as the **Marketing Advisor** in our supportive marketing and communications team.
You have some experience in supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns working with agency partners to dispatch media assets and working with the internal digital team to develop campaign landing pages. Stakeholder engagement is an important component of this role. You will be effective in leading and developing campaign communication plans to varied stakeholders, from farmers to processors and internal staff. You will coordinate stakeholder communication channels including newsletters, webinars and forums.
You enjoy being organised and bring a project management approach to ensuring outputs are completed on time and to a high standard. You think creatively and know when to broaden your influence to gain different perspectives and value the opportunity to collaborate with team members and external resources. You consider how campaigns can be improved and use metrics and feedback to assess effectiveness while also considering if the planning and execution has achieved the right outcome.
Ideally you will have a qualification in marketing and communications at degree level. Previous experience gained in a similar role where you can demonstrate your strong stakeholder engagement skills, reliability and attention to detail, and energy and desire to make a difference. You also have proven experience in delivering marketing and communications initiatives and enjoy the process of planning, delivering and evaluating - you thrive on seeing how things could be better and aren’t afraid to come up with new ideas.
Just as important is your initiative and enthusiasm for:
- Communicating Information: you convince people, challenge ideas and appropriately articulate information to your audience with strong attention to detail.
- Building Relationships: you thrive on interacting with multiple stakeholders, establish rapport easily and impress people with your ability to tailor your communication to their needs.
- Creating innovation: you generate ideas, explore possibilities and develop strategies.
- Investigating Issues: you develop expertise, adopt practical approaches and provide valuable insights.
