**About the Role**:
Our Marketing and Communications team is a supportive and highly productive group delivering quality communications to support the dairy industry. As the Communications Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting a “one-team” approach as you work closely with our regional and Southbank communications teams. You will possess a passion for communication planning and implementation as well as creating content that engages with our varied audience.

Leading the development of communication plans, you will support the alignment between national and regional communication priorities and campaigns to produce high quality and engaging communication strategies. Here are some examples of where you will make an impact;
- Active part of a team driving our national communications strategy;
- Lead the development of communication plans ensuring engagement and relevance to audience is paramount;
- Take comprehensive formal communications briefs and ensure supporting plans align with the overarching calendar and feed into the development workflow;
- Manage the implementation of approved plans then track, analyse and evaluate against performance;
- Work with the DA Design team to ensure appropriate representation of Dairy Australia brands tailored to need;
- Development and delivery of content that is engaging and aligned to farmer needs;
- Regional website management including maintenance and content.

Ideally you will have a diploma or degree in communications, marketing or public relations with professional communications experience. You will have strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills and proven experience in developing and delivering high-impact communications plans and campaigns.
