**About the role at Macquarie Bank**

You will work closely with our Deposits Leadership and Product teams to help build our new Deposits Ecosystem. You will assist in the implementation of the Ecosystem’s strategy and drive transformational change across all teams. You will be focused on driving simplification and efficiency while also enhancing our employee experience and uplifting our executive reporting.

**Responsibilities**
- Product Roadmap Development - Work with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps that align with business goals and user needs, including prioritization of features
- Product Vision & Strategy - Establish a clear direction for the product and ensure the team is aligned with its goals
- Product Delivery & Improvement - Ship the product and continuously improve it based on customer and market feedback
