We are looking for a Finance Transformation Analyst to join Stockland on an initial 12 month contract based at our Sydney Head Office.

**The Opportunity - About the Role**

As part of a high-performing team delivering the Finance Transformation Strategy of Stockland you will support an agenda of change to improve operational excellence and effectiveness in line with the organisation's key priorities.
Key Responsibilities of this role will include:

- Support real change in Finance through relevant people, process and system initiatives
- Support agreed priorities across the Finance Transformation program
- Collaborate with the project lead, other members of the Finance Transformation team and other stakeholders to understand existing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather requirements and gain insights into current processes
- Analyse and document business processes and high-level requirements
- Provide recommendations for process and system improvements and efficiencies.
- Support change management by facilitating communication and training initiatives related to change
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders to drive successful delivery

To be successful in this role you will also have the following attributes, skills and qualifications:

- Proven experience in a similar role within a large scale, complex and matrixed organisation
- Experience in conducting workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills including the capability to problem solve in ambiguous and uncertain environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player who will support finance and operations colleagues in finding solutions
- Previous experience within finance would be helpful but we are also open to considering Analysts with experience from different backgrounds (IT, Change Management) with strong transferable experience.
- Relevant tertiary qualification
