**How will I help?**

The Transformation Capability Analyst will be r esponsible for providing support to the Head of Transformation Excellence and Capability Director including the design and development of transformation capability materials and deliverables, data analysis, insights development, digitisation of reports and processes, and management of the Group Transformation Chapter.

Key responsibilities:

- Support in maintaining the Group transformation capability framework and resources.
- Support in management of the Group Transformation Chapter, including cadence, activities, and guest speakers.
- Support the rollout of Transformation Capability Assessment, analysis of results, and development of dashboard.
- Support in management of the learning and development catalogue and development of the transformation capability uplift resources.
- Conduct research on transformation best practice and support in development of though leadership.
- Support the management of the transformation graduate program.
- Maintain the Group Transformation Capability and Chapter SharePoint sites and engagement channels.
- Support in transformation workforce analysis, reporting, and management. Support on initiatives as directed by the HO Transformation Excellence and Capability Director.

**What do I need?**

This role is suitable for a Data or STEM graduates with working knowledge of PowerBI, Power Apps, and use of collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Qualtrics, Confluence, Clarity, and JIRA.

You will have a keen interest in the education and capability space, and have basic understanding of how to create animations for training purposes and ideally a base knowledge of coding.

Additionally, you may have:

- One year experience in supporting the delivery of projects within a financial services organisation.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle many tasks.
- Experience in working with a diverse range of stakeholders to influence outcomes. Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
